Who we are
SoHo Life Originals operates this website at https://soholifeoriginals.com.
Information collected through the First 100 registry
If you choose to record your interest, we collect your full name, email address, optional mobile number, selected design and garment preference, consent choices, submission and email-verification timestamps, and the administrative status of your interest record. We do not request health information, payment information, date of birth, or coaching details through this form.
How we use the information
- To create and administer your private SoHo Life interest record.
- To verify that you control the email address submitted.
- To understand which approved designs and garment types interest visitors.
- To send program or product updates only when you choose the optional email consent.
- To prepare for a future, separately governed First 100 program without promising a rank, reservation, reward, points, coaching session, product, or purchase opportunity.
Mobile numbers and text messages
A mobile number is optional. SoHo Life Originals will not use it for marketing text messages unless a separate SMS-consent option and its terms are introduced and you affirmatively choose it.
Future purchase linking
If a purchase system and final program are later approved, a verified interest record may be matched to a customer or order by verified email address and then linked to the commerce provider’s customer or order identifier. Final purchase, points, reward, eligibility, and reversal rules will be disclosed before enrollment. Full payment-card data will not be stored in the First 100 registry.
Storage, access and service providers
Records are stored privately within this WordPress website and are available only to authorized site administrators. Website hosting, transactional email, security, analytics, and restricted administrative backups may process or contain information needed to operate the site. Backups are maintained for business-continuity and security purposes.
Retention and withdrawal
Unverified, failed, withdrawn, and confirmed-interest records are reviewed as the registry develops. You may ask to withdraw your interest or request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. Where limited audit or transaction information must be retained, direct identifiers may be removed.
Email choices
The confirmation email needed to verify your interest record is transactional. Marketing email is optional and requires a separate unchecked consent choice. You may withdraw that choice at any time.
